With the plant located in Taoyuan, Taiwan, factory land size as 600 m2,
Sheng Chia has capacity of 12 injection machines and 7 heat molding machines. Currently employee number is 42.

About quality control, we have ISO-9001 2000 certification. We are now seeking to pass ISO/TS-16949: 2002 Certified
Quality System.

Within past 27 years, with continued concentration in improving our making mold technology, compounding, and design
to manufacturing, Sheng Chia conquered numerous technology difficulties, resulted in providing our customers high quality rubber parts with low price.

Each year, Sheng Chia puts in high budgets to improve the lab equipments, and enhance the manufacturing process.
This year, Sheng Chia purchases a MICRO-IRHD System, to seek more accurate product quality.

With 27 years research and development experiences, except customer designated rubber parts, Sheng Chia also provides rubber consulting services to our customers. When designing mechanical parts that require good bondness with rubber or require good rubber packing, customers can request Sheng Chia to provide rubber material introduction and recommendation.
